Make sure hair is clean before cutting 10 strands at least 0.5 inches in length. If the hair is shorter, please provide 20 - 25 strands.

Groupon purchases don’t automatically include a collection kit to keep this option affordable. You can use clean household scissors or clippers to cut 10 strands from the nape of the neck (or 20–25 short hairs from the body), place them in a small plastic bag, and mail them in with your printed submission form which will be available to download inside your myAFIL portal when you register your voucher .
