Your wellness insights are designed to reflect your current wellness-related patterns — offering a snapshot of how you may be interacting with everyday foods and lifestyle influences right now. Because wellness naturally shifts over time, these patterns may also change. Factors such as stress, diet, routine, and environment can all play a role in what appears in your insights.
For that reason, many customers choose to repeat their wellness process every 3–6 months or after major lifestyle changes to explore how their wellness-related patterns may evolve.
Our Wellness Methodology
We’ve designed our wellness process to be portable, simple, and completely non-invasive. A small sample of your hair is known to carry a unique wellness-related pattern that our system uses to explore how you may be interacting with a wide range of everyday items — including common foods, drinks, household elements, and broad digestive-related categories. These insights are intended to help you make more informed lifestyle and wellness choices.
Please note: Our wellness process is non-diagnostic and not medical. It cannot identify allergies, clinical intolerances, clinical deficiencies, or any medical conditions. Allergy testing requires evaluating immune activity and measuring specific IgE or IgG antibodies, which can only be performed through a blood-based medical test. Because we do not collect blood, our methodology is not capable of identifying allergies. If you need allergy testing or have concerns about allergic responses, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Our methodology operates within what is known as the realm of Complementary and Alternative Wellness (CAM) — a movement that encompasses non-medical, exploratory wellness tools used to support personal awareness and lifestyle understanding.
As part of this CAM tradition, our process has also been referred as "bioenergetic" wellness approach, which gently reviews information from a small hair sample to highlight wellness-related patterns. This process is non-diagnostic, non-medical, and not intended to evaluate immune activity, biology, or clinical markers.
Instead, it offers wellness informational insights that many people find helpful when exploring their diet, routines, and everyday lifestyle influences. It is one supportive tool — similar in spirit to other CAM wellness methods — designed to help individuals gain a clearer sense of how various items may fit into their overall wellness journey.*
*For general wellness use only. This method does not diagnose, treat, or identify allergies, clinical intolerances, clinical deficiencies, or medical conditions.
We stock our kits on our website and through authorized resellers. Currently, we do not stock kits on deal sites to keep costs low and affordable for our customers. During registration, you will have the option to upgrade to a hair collection kit if you wish. This is entirely optional, and you may choose to use the self-service option instead by using household materials to send your sample back to us.
No, they’re not the same — but they work together. Here’s the simplest way to think about it:
Genetics = Your fixed blueprint
Your genetics are the DNA you’re born with.
Just like your natural eye color or your blood type, your genetic code stays the same throughout your life.
Epigenetics = How your environment can influence that blueprint
Epigenetics looks at how lifestyle and environmental factors may influence the way your genes behave — without changing the DNA itself.
A helpful way to picture it:
- Genetics is the piano.
- Epigenetics is how the piano is played.
The instrument doesn’t change, but the expression of it can shift based on things like:
- nutrition
- stress
- sleep
- environment
- daily habits
These influences may play a role in how your body functions and adapts over time, even though the underlying DNA stays the same.
(For informational and educational purposes only. This is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for guidance related to your health. Our wellness process does not identify clinical epigenetic markers)

If you’re finding it difficult to understand your general wellness, our wellness process may offer additional insights you can explore for personal awareness. Many people choose this type of wellness approach when they still feel unsure — even after conventional medical testing — and want another perspective on their day-to-day well-being.
The most common reasons people explore our wellness process include:*
- Feeling stuck with body-composition changes*
- Ongoing sleep challenges*
- General digestive discomfort*
- Skin or hair-related concerns*
- Joint stiffness or everyday discomfort*
- Low or fluctuating energy*
- General feelings that “something seems off”*
*This wellness process offers an alternative, non-diagnostic medical way to explore possible wellness-related patterns using a small sample of hair. These patterns may reflect how your body is currently relating to everyday items such as foods, household elements, or broad lifestyle influences.
Because wellness naturally shifts over time, some people find that having insight into potential influences helps them make simple, supportive changes that align with their personal goals.*
Please note:
This wellness process is not designed to detect allergies and cannot diagnose, treat, or identify any medical condition. If you need allergy testing or have concerns about allergic responses or medical issues, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Here’s the breakdown:
A food allergy is fast and obvious. Your immune system reacts — sometimes within minutes — and it can get serious. That’s medical territory and needs medical testing.
A food sensitivity test using a blood sample testing for IgE, IgG, and IgA tests look at your antibodies — basically, how your immune system behaves when it sees certain foods. They require blood samples and lab analysis, which means a doctor has to interpret the results.
This wellness test? It’s not that.
We’re not measuring antibodies, diagnosing allergies, or replacing your doctor. Our wellness process uses a non-invasive, advanced wellness technology to help you notice possible wellness patterns in how your body may respond to foods, nutrients, and environmental factors over time.
It’s not a diagnosis — it’s personalized data for awareness. Like a wearable tracker, it can help you notice patterns, so you can make smarter choices about how you eat and how you live your life.*
That’s completely fine. Your wellness insights are designed to reflect your current wellness-related patterns. If you’re taking medication, following a specific diet, or going through any type of routine or program, your snapshot may naturally reflect those lifestyle factors.
The purpose of this wellness process isn’t to diagnose anything — it’s simply to offer general wellness insights you may choose to explore as you make decisions about food, habits, and daily routines moving forward.
Important: This wellness process is for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you’re considering changes to medication, diet, or any ongoing care, please consult a qualified healthcare professional for guidance.
