If you change your mind after purchasing on our website or on a website which supplies our kits, such as Amazon, we will offer you a full refund provided that you notify us of your decision to cancel your order before mailing in your hair sample. If you change your mind after you place an order and then email us to cancel, we may or may not be able to immediately cancel the order. Our mailbox is only monitored during regular business hours. Any orders placed after business hours and on the weekends, may be subject to automatically shipping. You will then have to wait until you receive the kit. Unused kits are subject to a full refund, if all items are present when returned. You will need to return the box and the entire contents before receiving your refund to the following address:

To inquire about a money back guarantee refund BEFORE mailing in your hair sample and your test doesn't include a kit and is self-service:
If you change your mind after purchasing on a deal provider site, such as Groupon or Living Social, or on our website before May 25th 2022, and you opted NOT to order a physical kit, and you have not yet mailed in your sample, we will offer you a full refund if you notify us of your decision to cancel the order as soon as possible. If you have already received your results, go to option 3.
To inquire about a money back guarantee refund AFTER receiving your test results:
Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, the email address associated with your account, your order number or redemption code, and a detailed description of why you are requesting a refund. We will only be able to consider a refund if the request is valid. Remember, the results must be implemented for a minimum of 6 weeks to see or feel any difference in your health. Simply not “liking” or “agreeing” with your results will not qualify for receiving a refund. Refunds after receiving your test results are subject to management approval and are dependent on a case by case basis.
