Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Advanced Food Intolerance Labs and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
To inquire about a money back guarantee refund AFTER receiving your test results:
- Test results must be implemented for at least 6 weeks to qualify for a money-back guarantee refund.
- You will need to complete and submit the application form below. Your information will be reviewed by our management team and you will receive an update within 5 business days with the decision.
- Please remember, your results must be implemented for a minimum of 6 weeks to see or feel any difference in your health. Simply not “liking” or “agreeing” with your results will not qualify for receiving a money-back guarantee refund.
- Refunds after receiving your test results are subject to management approval and are dependent on a case by case basis.
- The money-back guarantee is valid for up to 8 weeks from the date indicated on the first page of your test results. Refunds after this time period cannot be honored.

Advanced Food Intolerance Labs Refund, Cancellation, and Replacement Policy
The following policy applies for purchases made through our website directly at www.advancedfoodintolerancelabs.com
If you purchased your Advanced Food Intolerance Labs (AFIL) product at Amazon or another authorized retailer, please speak with one of our representatives from the original place of purchase, as we must adhere to their specific policies and procedures. Products purchased through an unauthorized or authorized reseller are not eligible for refund, cancellation, or replacement. Please speak with a representative from the original place of purchase.
For prompt service, please email our Customer Service Team and provide your order number for any request for the following:
TEST KITS
- You are eligible for a 100% refund if your order has not shipped.
- Orders over 15 days old are not eligible for a refund.
- If your order has shipped and it has been 15 days or less since you placed the order, you are eligible for a full refund minus $15 USD processing fee per test kit. Please include the redemption code for each kit when you contact us.
- If your order has shipped to an incorrect address and has been 15 days or less since you placed the order, you are eligible for a refund minus $15 USD processing fee per test kit. Please include your redemption code for each kit when you contact us.
- Assessment kits are eligible for a partial refund of $5 USD per kit.
- If you have received a kit different from the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service Team.
- If you fail to apply your discount code, you are eligible to receive a refund of the discount total within the discount window and up to 24 hours after the discount window closes.
- In all cases, Advanced Food Intolerance Labs cannot accept returned/unused kits. If you received your order and do not wish to continue with the test, we ask that you dispose of the kit. Before you dispose of the kit, you must note the redemption code located inside and contact Customer Service with this information.
- If you've purchased multiple kits for a discounted rate and are no longer interested in one or more of them, we're happy to honor a refund based on the above guidelines. The discounted amount will not be reflected in your refund.
- All test kits must be registered using the myAFIL portal, and samples must be returned to the lab within 6 months of purchase.
- Unregistered kits expire after 6 months. Any samples delivered to the lab after this time will not be processed. We are unable to provide a replacement kit due to expiration.
VITAMINS & SUPPLEMENTS
- If you are dissatisfied with your vitamins and supplements order, please let our Customer Service Team know within 15 days from the date of your order, so that we may review your request for a refund. We may be able to offer a replacement or provide suggestions more desirable for you.
- Orders over 15 days old are not eligible for any refund.
- Advanced Food Intolerance Labs cannot accept returned/unused vitamins and supplements. We ask that you dispose of any product you do not wish to use.
- We cannot offer refunds simply for dislike of the supplement, however, we can offer suggestions to make your supplement more suitable and desirable to you.
- If your supplement arrives damaged you will need to contact Customer Service and provide pictures of the defected or damaged product.
