Simply collect your sample as instructed, following your usual routine. That way, your results reflect how your body may be responding to your real, everyday lifestyle.*

No problem! Body or facial hair is also welcomed and accepted.

Make sure hair is clean before cutting 10 strands at least 0.5 inches in length. If the hair is shorter, please provide 20 - 25 strands.

If collecting from the head:

1. Cut about 10 strands of hair from the nape of the neck, as close to the root as possible (this spot helps keep it discreet).
2. If the strands are longer than ½ inch, trim them down — measuring from the root end first.
3. Place the sample in the provided test tube, then seal it inside the anti-static bag before placing everything back in the kit box for mailing.

If collecting from the body:

1. Shave or cut a small sample and place it directly into the test tube.
2. Ensure the hair is clean, dry, and free of styling or metallic products before sending it in.

No problem! You can still take this wellness test and it will not affect your insights. Make sure to cut your sample as close to the root as possible.
