Your results reflect your body’s current wellness patterns — meaning they show how your system may be responding right now based on your present diet, environment, and lifestyle.

Because your body changes over time, these patterns can also shift. Factors like stress, nutrition, hormones, and environment may all influence your results.

For that reason, we recommend retesting every 3 - 6 months or after major lifestyle changes to track how your wellness patterns may evolve.

Our Testing Process

We’ve designed our tests to be portable, simple, and completely non-invasive. A small sample of your hair is known to carry what we call "a unique response signature" to help you explore possible patterns related to food sensitivities, drinks, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, heavy metals, household ingredients, environmental factors, and general gut-wellness categories such as yeasts, fungi, and friendly bacteria — providing wellness insights to help you make more informed lifestyle and nutrition choices..*

Please note: Our wellness tests cannot detect allergies. Allergy testing involves assessing the immune system and measuring specific IgG or IgE antibodies, which requires a blood sample. Because we do not collect blood, our methodology is not capable of identifying allergies. If you need allergy testing or have concerns about allergic responses, please consult a qualified healthcare provider or medical professional.

Our testing can be described as frequency response based wellness screening, often been referred to as "sensitivity testing", or energetic compatibility analysis. It’s powered by quantum-response wellness technology, an approach inspired by principles of biophysics that explores how a small hair sample may interact with a wide range of items at an informational, frequency-based level.*

The human body contains trillions of cells that are known to constantly send and receive signals. Foods, nutrients, or environmental factors may influence how this communication occurs over time.

Understanding these possible response patterns can offer helpful insight into your overall wellness routine.*

Please note: This is not an allergy test and is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

We stock our kits on our website and through authorized resellers. Currently, we do not stock kits on deal sites to keep costs low and affordable for our customers. During registration, you will have the option to upgrade to a hair collection kit if you wish. This is entirely optional, and you may choose to use the self-service option instead by using household materials to send your sample back to us.

No, they are not the same. Here’s a simple way to understand the difference:

Genetics is like the skin color you were born with — it’s your fixed blueprint.
Epigenetics is like how your skin can tan when exposed to sunlight — it’s how your environment influences that blueprint.*

In the same way that sunlight can change how your skin appears, factors such as diet, nutrition, and exposure to certain substances may influence how your genes are expressed. These influences can play a role in your overall wellness, even though they do not change your underlying DNA sequence.*

If you’re finding it difficult to get answers about your health or general wellness, our testing may provide additional insights that could help guide your next steps. Many people also find value in this type of testing if they’re experiencing ongoing issues — even after conventional medical testing — such as:

  • Challenges losing body fat or managing water retention*
  • Difficulty sleeping*
  • Digestive discomfort or irregular bathroom habit*
  • Skin or hair-related concerns*
  • Joint discomfort or occasional inflammation*
  • Persistent low energy or fatigue*
  • Unexplained or hard-to-identify symptoms*

This test offers an alternative, non-medical way to gather more information about your current cellular wellness patterns. These patterns may be influenced by factors such as diet, nutrient levels, environmental exposures, gut balance, or yeast overgrowth.*

Our gene expression naturally shifts throughout life. Being aware of potential influences on your wellness may help you make small, supportive changes that contribute to overall balance and well-being.*

Please note: This test is not designed to detect allergies and cannot diagnose or treat any medical condition. If you require allergy testing or have medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

Here’s the breakdown:
food allergy is fast and obvious. Your immune system reacts — sometimes within minutes — and it can get serious. That’s medical territory and needs medical testing.

A food sensitivity test using a blood sample testing for IgE, IgG, and IgA tests look at your antibodies — basically, how your immune system behaves when it sees certain foods. They require blood samples and lab analysis, which means a doctor has to interpret the results.

This wellness test? It’s not that.
We’re not measuring antibodies, diagnosing allergies, or replacing your doctor. Our wellness screening uses a non-invasive, advanced wellness frequency-based technology to help you notice possible patterns in how your body may respond to foods, nutrients, and environmental factors over time.

It’s not a diagnosis — it’s personalized data for awareness. Like a wearable tracker, it can help you notice patterns traditional or clinical tests don’t always cover, so you can make smarter choices about how you eat and how you live your life.*

Thats totally fine. Your results are designed to reflect what’s going on in your body right now. If you’re taking medication, following a specific diet, or in the middle of a treatment, that wellness snapshot includes those factors.*

The point of this test isn’t to diagnose anything — it’s to give you useful wellness data about how your system may be responding so you can make smarter choices around food, lifestyle, and habits moving forward.*

Important: This test is for wellness and informational purposes only. It’s not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. And if you’re thinking about changing medication, diet, or treatment, always talk to a qualified healthcare professional first.

It’s not really about one being better than the other — they’re designed to answer different questions.

If you’re trying to uncover immediate immune reactions, allergy testing is the right route. That requires a blood or skin-prick test because it measures specific immune markers — something our testing doesn’t do. We always recommend ruling out allergies first and consulting with your medical health provider.

But if you’ve already done the medical testing and are still searching for answers, this wellness testing can offer a different layer of insight. Instead of looking for fast reactions, it explores how your system may respond to foods, nutrients, or environmental factors over time — things that may build gradually rather than appear overnight.*

It’s not a diagnosis, and it’s not a replacement for medical testing — but it may help you connect the dots and make more informed choices. While we have helped hundreds of thousands of clients we cannot guarantee this will help everyone. And if it turns out it’s not the missing piece? You’re protected by our money-back guarantee, which we stand by. Always.
