An intolerance is a reaction to an item or external trigger which may be causing an inflammatory response. It is usually a signal that the body may be out of balance.
It may be possible to rebalance the body and improve intolerances by removing the inflammatory trigger for a period of time and improving the body's balance.
Statistically, over 99.9% of the population has an intolerance at any given moment.* (This is measured based upon the 80,000 intolerance tests we conducted during 2021).
You must be mindful of other conditions that can mimic intolerance symptoms and may not be linked to your diet or environment (such as allergies, auto-immune conditions, or medical conditions, which we do not test for).
Taking the time to improve your diet and environment may help with intolerance, but, ignoring warning signs may not be beneficial. It is advised to keep your doctor well informed and seek medical attention when necessary.
